  • For recording sessions we can support a wide range of projects in our main recording space from rhythm sections, string quartets, brass sections, group vocals and more.

    For larger sessions we can also utilize the control room of Studio B for additional isolation. This room is equipped with video and audio tie-lines that tie back into studio A.

    We also have a great relationships with larger recording spaces in the city and can help coordinate and support any size project.

    We also can support any part of the post production process from editing to mixing for both stereo, surround and immersive releases.

  • Please contact us for studio rates. Every project is different and has different needs and requirements. We will work really hard to build the best possible recording experience for your project.

  • The base rate of the room includes an assistant but not an engineer. We can provide an engineer at an additional hourly rate.

    The available engineers include both Ian and Derik as well as an incredible roster of New York based engineers.

  • Absolutely! We welcome outside engineers to work in the space and will work to make sure they have everything they need to have a successful session.

  • Yes, we have a great setup utilizing Zoom and Audiomovers Listento. This allows clients to participate and produce sessions from anywhere in the world.

  • We do not offer mastering services but have a great and long standing relationship with Zampol Productions under the amazing mastering engineer Oscar Zambrano.

  • Yes! Ian managed Power Station from 2017-2023. He maintains an excellent relationship with that studio and still works as a technical advisor and Professor at BerkleeNYC.

  • Yes! The studio operated as John Kilgore Sound and Recording for the last 20 years. With John’s blessing Derik and Ian took over the studio in 2023.
